User Data Deletion

You can ask Alpha X, the operator of aiCountant, to delete the personal data we hold about you. This includes data we received when you chatted with a business's Facebook Page or Telegram bot connected to aiCountant, such as your page-scoped ID, name, messages, order details and the phone number or address you gave for delivery.

If you chatted with a business on Messenger or Telegram

1. Email us at sithu@alphax.biz with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us who you are so we can find your data: the name of the Facebook Page or Telegram bot you messaged, your Facebook or Telegram name, the approximate date of your conversation, and an order number if you have one.
3. We confirm the request within 7 days, and may ask a question to make sure the request comes from you.
4. We delete your data within 30 days of confirming the request, and email you when it's done.

If you use aiCountant for your business

Account owners can ask us to close the account and delete the workspace by emailing sithu@alphax.biz from the account owner's email address. Please export any data you need first. Staff members who want their own user account removed can ask their business admin or contact us.

Businesses can also disconnect Messenger or Telegram at any time from their aiCountant settings. Disconnecting stops new messages from being received.

Remove the app from your Facebook account

If you connected aiCountant to Facebook, you can also remove it in Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations for Pages), find aiCountant and click Remove. Removing it stops future access, and you can still ask us to delete data already received using the steps above.

What we delete and what we may keep

• Deleted: your page-scoped or Telegram ID, name, conversation messages, delivery phone number and address, and any links between them.
• May be kept: records of completed sales that a business must keep for tax or accounting law. These are kept only as long as required and with personal details removed where possible.
• Backups: deleted data is removed from rolling backups as they expire.
